Policies

We always look forward to welcoming guests to our property but in order to keep all visitors safe and happy, we have a few house policies.

* Face masks are optional in all communal areas.

*Check in is from 4pm and check out is strictly 10am.

*We operate a strict no smoking anywhere on the premises including the garden, no drugs and no excessive alcohol policy. 

*We operate quiet hours between 11pm and 6am for the comfort of all guests (applies only to Garden View).

*Dogs are not permitted at the property.

* Unfortunately due to the nature of the buildings we are unable to offer accessible rooms.

*Special dietary requests will be discussed on booking.

*Free parking is available on-site for guests.

*All our rooms have feather pillows and duvets. We do not offer any hypoallergenic options.
